Refunds, Replacements, and Discounts Due to Damaged or Broken Items
Due to the items in the parcel being handmade crafts, many of them cannot be replaced, discounts may be issued on future parcels but refunds cannot be issued. If an item is available to be replaced we will let you know. Never hesitate to contact us using this form regarding an item you feel may need to be replaced or you feel a discount on future boxes may need to be issued due to a broken or damaged item.
